AI for the hotel: from property management system data to everyday decisions

Artificial intelligence has already become part of the daily operations of hospitality establishments. It responds to guests in multiple languages, summarises booking trends and suggests rates. Its value, however, depends on the quality of the data it works with, and it is within the management system that such data originates. During the session, concrete applications of AI for independent hotels will be presented, ranging from guest assistance to performance analysis and new online advertising campaigns. The goal is to move from curiosity to practical use, without losing what makes hospitality truly unique.
