How can I become a hosted buyer?
TTG Travel Experience is Italy’s leading B2B event for global tourism. Every year for three days in October, it brings together international operators and key industry players in Rimini. For tourism boards, tour operators, travel agencies and airlines, TTG Travel Experience is the meeting point for the entire world of tourism. An event dedicated to bringing together the main industry players, both Italian and international.

The Buyer Programme
The 2025 edition marks an important turning point for the event: the evolution of TTG Travel Experience into a single, online community for global business matching. Here, all Italian and foreign buyers will be able to plan their meetings with all Italian and foreign exhibitors, in a purely B2B context, through My Agenda byTTG.
The two previous Buyer's programmes, Italy Programme and World Programme, will thus merge into a single international marketplace, expanding networking and business opportunities between supply and demand.

MyAgenda by TTG
This buyer registration and matchmaking software connects supply and demand in a targeted manner, allowing buyers and sellers to create an appointment book.
How buyers and sellers are profiled
Buyers and sellers are profiled according to:
- Company type
- Size
- Origin
- Products
- Destinations of interest
- Target
Networking and targeted business
The appointment system makes participation in the event worthwhile and takes place online, in a reserved area of the site.
My Agenda by TTG will be active in the month preceding the event and is reserved for selected buyers and exhibitors in the Italy and The World Area.
How it works
Buyers fill in the profiling form. Sellers fill in the offer form. After filling in the form directly from their reserved area they can contact the available operators, selecting them thanks to an effective search engine. Once the appointments have been confirmed, the system generates an agenda that allows the buyer to arrive to the fair with a precise schedule of meetings at the stands.
At the event, appointments last about 20 minutes each.
Meet&Match
It is the time of speed dates where all buyers meet Italian exhibitors before the start of the stand meetings. It's a way to complete the online agenda or identify new proposals to be explored during the days of the fair.
When and where does it take place?
The event takes place on the morning of the first day of the event, with the participation of all TTG buyers seated at their desks in a dedicated area of the Rimini Fairground.
How does it work?
Each buyer will have their own personalised desk where they will meet interested exhibitors without pre-scheduled meetings.
Each meeting has a maximum duration of approximately 10 minutes. It is important to respect this time limit and, in turn, to make the exhibitor sitting opposite you respect it, so as not to distort the speed dates character of the event.
A cafeteria service will be available for buyers in the Meet&Match area.
