Event
In an era marked by a condition of permanent instability, physical and mental well-being returns to being a central dimension of existence. Our relationship with time is changing, the need for spaces and moments dedicated to oneself is growing, and the way in which we inhabit, traverse and choose places is being redefined.
Travel becomes a way of giving shape to the contemporary: adventure as coexistence with the unpredictable, with experience and discovery. Territories tell their story through traces, memories, practices and heritage, but also through the imagination and personal representation of those who journey through them. To travel, then, means building relationships, recognising identities and imagining new ways of seeing and experiencing everyday life.
Against this backdrop, the fragility of places emerges, made increasingly evident by climate change and social and economic transformations. This vulnerability is countered by the capacity of communities to preserve, create maps, collectively support change and welcome new travelling companions.
The hospitality project therefore assumes a broader responsibility: not simply to welcome, but to contribute to the care and regeneration of people within territories, sustaining their environmental, social and economic balance.
