OMNIA HOTELS - 2019-2025: SIX YEARS OF CONTINUOUS GROWTH

OMNIA Hotels was established in 2019, evolving from the LOAN group which entered the hospitality business over 40 years ago. The Lazzarini Family, Italian entrepreneurs involved in various sectors, continues the family legacy with a strategic vision that has allowed OMNIA to assume a significant role in Roman hospitality within just a few years. With a portfolio of 8 hotels located in strategic positions across the capital, it is now a reference point for various segments of such an important sector as tourism.

Following the inauguration of Hotel St. Martin in 2021 and the renovation of Rose Garden Palace in 2023, OMNIA Hotels continues to grow.

Among the recent developments, the highlights are:

May 2025: reopening of Hotel Imperiale after a complete renovation, an iconic hotel of contemporary elegance and comfort on Via Veneto;

Autumn 2025: reopening of Aria Palace, formerly Hotel Mondial, a stone's throw from the Opera Theatre, in the heart of the Esquilino district, set to become a prime location for foreign guests thanks to its 90 elegantly furnished rooms and for Romans due to its rooftop with swimming pool, restaurant, and bar.

Hotel Shangri-La Roma will enhance its offering with a new outdoor area, swimming pool, and 65 rooms.
