The time of reason: eleven laws for a better world. In business, work and tourism

Italy Arena

To shape the future, one must first be able to look at the past, because history is life's teacher, and those who reject it start off on the wrong foot.
It is precisely from history (of philosophy, sociology, and law) that we receive inputs warning us about one of the conundrums of our society: corporate organization—a hierarchical structure that transforms companies into political environments primarily dedicated to the exercise of power. This exercise clashes and contrasts with the increasingly expressed need for comfortable, inclusive workplaces capable of exalting spirits and abilities.
In this journey, from Thucydides to the present day, we will discover one by one the eleven laws that govern human behavior in the face of conquest and maintenance of any power over one's peers. And we will understand what is the only obstacle, enormous but not insurmountable, that separates, on earth, hell from paradise.
