The conference aims to illustrate the role of travel agencies as central actors in a tourism supply chain based on legality, professionalism, and traveler protection.
In a context of regulatory evolution, market transformation, and growing attention to the quality of offerings, agencies represent a bastion of reliability and transparency serving both the consumer and national tourism development.
Starting from the experience of the "Agenzie Sicure" (Safe Agencies) project promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region, the discussion will involve institutions, experts, and industry professionals to reflect on tools and strategies capable of fostering trust in the sector, with a view to strengthening the industry and building shared national policies for consumer protection and the qualification of tourism offerings.
