Alberto Apostoli

Considered one of the most influential and awarded international architects and designers in the Wellness, SPA and Hospitality sector, Alberto Apostoli (1968) has been disseminating, writing and researching the deep relationship between Wellness and architecture for over 15 years, both in Italy and abroad, trying to raise awareness about an architecture that is not mere form, but a means to make people and the planet feel good. In 1997, he founded Studio Apostoli, a globally recognized design and consulting atelier that has been operating in the sector for over 28 years, collaborating with major hospitality and wellness brands, including Lefay Resorts, Cipriani Group, Four Seasons, Accor Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Discovery Land Company and many others, completing hundreds of projects in over 30 countries, obtaining over 70 international awards and thousands of publications. Apostoli has also created iconic products for renowned brands such as Jacuzzi and Varaschin, contributing to the expansion of the wellness sector into new markets. Author of the reference book "Architecture of SPAs", with his new and second book, "In Praise of Spas" (2024), he aimed to redefine the philosophical, cultural and sociological canons related to wellness architecture.
