Alessandra Arcese

For over 20 years in the Chamber system, she currently holds the position of Coordinator of the Territory and Enterprise Qualification Area at ISNART, with responsibilities for coordinating the communication unit. Until 2019, she held the role of head of the specialist unit for Digital Agenda and E-gov at Si.Camera - Chamber System Services. During this activity, she contributed to the drafting of the Guidelines for the "National Plan for Digital Skills and Culture", issued by the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), participating in groups coordinated by AgID. Creator and project manager of Unioncamere's training program for the certification of digital skills of chamber officials through the e4job standard. The program, which obtained the patronage of AgID, was recognized by the European Commission as an international best practice for increasing digital skills in e-government in Europe. Journalist, expert in territorial marketing and strategic communication with a particular focus on the digital world, she has years of experience gained particularly in projects for local development, territorial marketing, and open government. She has been a member of national working groups on Open Government Partnership, coordinated by the Department of Public Administration. Municipal Councilor for Urban Planning and Social Policies in the Municipality of Fontana Liri (FR) and councilor of the XV Mountain Community of Valle del Liri, she was a board member of AiPES, Institutional Authority for the Management of Common Social Services of Lower Lazio. She is part of the Wister Women for intelligent and smart territories network. She is the author of various publications and a speaker at conferences and seminars on innovation, digital skills, territorial and tourism development.
