He is a confirmed Researcher in Navigation Law at the University of Milan Bicocca. He holds the course in Advanced Tourism Law at the same University and for several years has been teaching a course in European Tourism Law at the Institut de Recherches et d'Etudes Supérieures du Tourisme, Panthéon Sorbonne, Université Paris 1. Furthermore, since 1995 he has been practising as a lawyer as a partner of the associated Law Firm Cerfogli Corrado, where he deals with Navigation Law and Tourism Law.
