Alessandra Panzini

Architect and expert in design and management for local development and culture-based regeneration, she is co-founder and project director of Marchingegno, a company that has been operating for over twenty years in the field of relationships between territory, community and sustainability. With her team, she has conceived and coordinated numerous projects for villages and inner areas, experimenting with innovative tools for multidimensional analysis, participatory processes, co-vision and co-design practices for the regeneration and reactivation of places. Her experience demonstrates how tourism is not an isolated sector, but an integral part of a destination's territorial, social and cultural policies. She is currently the project manager of the "Metroborgo" project in Montalto delle Marche, the regional pilot village for the PNRR "Attractiveness of Villages - Line A" initiative, and President of the technical-scientific Commission of the Marche region's ecomuseum network.
