Alfredo Barbarisi

Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, with over eighteen years of experience in tax, corporate and business consulting and a well-established specialisation in the non-hotel accommodation sector, tourist rentals and Property Management. A graduate in Business Economics, he has furthered his education with a Master's in Tax Law Institutions and a Master's in Civil and Commercial Mediation. In 2011 he founded the professional firm Barbarisi & Associati, developing specific expertise in tax litigation, standard and subsidised finance, tax planning and management control. He is the Founder of Fiscalità Ricettiva, a firm specialising in tax, administrative and corporate assistance for non-hotel hospitality operators. Through his professional activity, he supports hosts, managers, Property Managers and accommodation businesses throughout Italy in choosing and structuring business models, in contracts and the fiscal classification of activities, in financial and economic planning and in profitability analysis. Particular attention is devoted to management control applied to Property Management, through the use of business plans, budgets, cost analysis, margins and cash flows, with the aim of transforming economic data into concrete tools to support entrepreneurial decisions. He is a lecturer at the Vivere di Turismo Business School, where he is responsible for the Administration and Finance area and teaches the use of economic and financial tools applied to non-hotel businesses. Over the years he has participated as a lecturer and speaker at professional courses dedicated to hosts and Property Managers, addressing topics such as Business Plans, access to credit, liquidity management, corporate structures, taxation and the economic sustainability of business activities. He is also a speaker at the Vivere di Turismo Festival, where he has given presentations dedicated to the Business Plan and the construc
