Andrea Vannucci

Andrea Vannucci is General Manager of Sporting Vacanze Tour Operator and Viaggiare, a company specialising in business travel and corporate travel management. Active in the tourism sector since 1989, he has developed broad professional experience across some of the main areas of the travel industry: holiday villages, air transport, tour operating and travel management. He began his career at Club Med, subsequently entering the aviation sector with Qantas and Malaysia Airlines, where he held positions of responsibility for over a decade in the commercial and marketing areas across the Italian and Southern European markets. He then continued his career at Hotelplan, overseeing commercial management, before taking the helm of Sporting Vacanze and Viaggiare. Throughout his career he has developed solid expertise in defining commercial strategies, product positioning, managing relationships with international partners, developing distribution channels and building integrated projects spanning tourism, communications and marketing. In his current role he coordinates the leisure and business travel activities of both companies, guiding their path of growth, innovation and market consolidation. His professional vision is grounded in the ability to combine product knowledge, people focus, technological development and quality of consultancy, with the goal of creating high added-value travel experiences and lasting relationships with clients, agencies and partners.
