He began his career at Bain & Company in the Telecom practice, where he contributed to strategic projects and led the turnaround of Italtel alongside the fund Clayton Dubilier & Rice. He then moved into entrepreneurship and in 2010 won the award for the best urban regeneration project in the city of Milan, opening a 5-star boutique hotel recognised as the best hotel in Milan by Condé Nast France and awarded for the best reception at the Where Awards. His direct experience in the sector revealed to him the complexity of tourism and led him to found a startup dedicated to supporting operators in decision-making within dynamic contexts. He received the SMAU Innovation Award 2019 and recognition at the Milano Design Week 2019 as the best app for Smart Cities.
