Betty Colombo

Betty Colombo VR Director and photojournalist with thirty years of experience. She has contributed to international projects, collaborating with prestigious brands such as L'Orèal Paris, Corneliani, Yves Saint Lauren. She has carried out projects awarded by Absolut Vodka, Pernod Fils and Swatch, as well as a video on acid attack survivors for Amnesty International, which was subsequently brought to the Ankara Art Biennale; the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the Museum of Modern Art in Stockholm have acquired her photographic installations. She recently completed 'L'Anima del Corpo', a visual investigation into human organs. Her presence at the Biennale di Fotografia Femminile sponsored by Canon and Save The Planet was marked by a solo exhibition that included a corner dedicated to virtual reality; she was the first person to capture VR images and video of the inside of a human body.
