Carmela Lerede

Carmela Lerede is an entrepreneur, manager, and founder and CEO of YouComeHere, a property management company specializing in the management of properties in the premium segment. After significant experience as a CFO, corporate auditor, and executive in large international groups, she chose to put her managerial skills at the service of the short-term rental sector, contributing to its evolution through professional management models focused on quality, profitability, and the enhancement of real estate assets. She is a Board Member of AIGAB – Associazione Italiana Gestori Affitti Brevi, where she participates in dialogue with national institutions and local administrations on the key issues concerning the future of the sector, bringing the voice of property managers and companies operating in the industry. In 2025, she was selected by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) as one of the leading female entrepreneurs featured in the exhibition dedicated to Italian female entrepreneurship. She was also listed by Lodgify among the key female figures in property management and vacation rental in Italy. She is the founder of Lady Property, the first Italian project dedicated to the professional and entrepreneurial growth of women in property management, created with the aim of developing skills, creating opportunities, and building a new managerial culture in the sector. Her vision is clear: to transform property management into an increasingly qualified, recognized profession capable of generating economic, employment, and social value for owners, territories, and communities.
