Claudia Ferrero, Founder & CEO of Horeca Job, has always been passionate about hospitality and innovation. After studying at the prestigious Glion Institute of Higher Education, I embarked on my first experiences abroad before returning to Italy, where I held various managerial roles up to the position of director. With the pandemic, I left operations to focus on strategic consulting aimed at the digital transformation of hotels. From the very beginning, my focus has always been on improving operational efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction through the digitization of processes. As a digital evangelist, I moderate webinars and events, as well as collaborate with universities, technical institutes, and high schools as a lecturer. These experiences have recently led me to take on a new entrepreneurial challenge: the creation of an innovative startup with the aim of innovating and supporting recruitment for SMEs in the HoReCa sector, which is facing an epochal change in the world of work.
