Cristian Casili

Cristian Casili was born in Nardò (Lecce) on 29 April 1976. He holds the delegation of Regional Councillor for Welfare and Sport. He was elected regional councillor with the Movimento 5 Stelle in 2015, 2020 and 2025. During his second term, he served as Vice-President of the Regional Council. An agronomist and landscape designer, he is involved in volunteering and associationism, demonstrating particular sensitivity to social and environmental issues, as evidenced by the legislative initiatives bearing his name as primary signatory regarding urban gardens and the regulation of the nature-based education model for agri-nurseries and agri-kindergartens. Casili has also been the promoter of a measure that enabled the funding and installation of inclusive playgrounds in almost all Apulian municipalities, as well as the establishment of summer camps for children with type 1 diabetes, confirming his attention to the youngest and most vulnerable.
