Cristina Pozzi

She graduated in Law from the University of Pavia, earned a PhD in Law and Economics of Production Systems from the University of Trieste, and completed a Master’s in Law, Economics, and Politics of the European Communities at the European College of Parma. A qualified lawyer admitted before higher courts, she has been and continues to be a consultant for various national trade associations in the boating and tourism sectors. She was a member of the reform commission on maritime state concessions at the MIPAAFT, served as Chair of the Supervisory Body of SIN, and acts as a consultant on legislative processes in support of interest groups and trade associations. She is a Professor of European Transport Law at the University of Parma (DISTI), has taught in numerous master’s programs, and has been a speaker at national and international conferences. She regularly contributes to leading legal journals in the field.
