Daniele D'Amario

His political and institutional career began in 1998 as Municipal Councillor for Francavilla al Mare, a position he held until 2008. Since 2009, he has served as a Municipal Councillor in the same city, a role he continues to hold today. In addition, since 2012 he has been Provincial President of Acliterra. Between 2009 and 2014, he was Provincial Councillor of the Province of Chieti, and from March 2019 to October 2020 he served as Regional Councillor of Abruzzo. From October 26, 2020, to March 2024, he was a member of the Regional Government with responsibility for Productive Activities, Tourism, and Culture. At the national level, from October 26, 2020, to May 7, 2021, he chaired the Tourism and Hotel Industry Committee of the State–Regions Conference. Since May 7, 2021, he has been President of the Tourism Policy Committee within the same Conference, a position he still holds today. Most recently, since March 11, 2024, he has served as Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Regional Government with responsibility for Tourism and for Community and National Programming.
