Davide Bagnaresi

Biography

PhD in History of Political Parties and Movements, from 2017 to 2023 he was a Research Fellow at the Center for Advanced Studies in Tourism (CAST) at the University of Bologna, and since March 2023 he has been a Fixed-term Researcher in Economic History at the Department of Life Quality Sciences (QUVI). His areas of research include topics related to generational transition in businesses, the history of beach customs and traditions, and the phenomenon of motorsport-related companies. For years, he has been involved in creating and implementing cultural itineraries. Since 2023, he has been working on the PNRR project titled CHANGES (Cultural Heritage Active Innovation for Next-Gen Sustainable Society). His task is to coordinate, create technological content, and develop new itineraries for the technological enhancement of two Literary Parks®: one dedicated to Carlo Levi in Aliano (following the traces of the novel "Christ Stopped at Eboli") and another dedicated to the 1926 Nobel Prize-winning writer Grazia Deledda (following the traces of the novel "Reeds in the Wind").
