Debora Casoli

She conducts research at the I-TexS laboratory – Impact Technologies for Services of the Center for Advanced Studies in Tourism (CAST) at the University of Bologna, where she also carries out teaching activities, educational support, and facilitation for the INT.TUR articulation – Technological innovation in tourism services. Passionate about tourism, she works at the intersection of marketing, sustainability, and service innovation, with a focus on the twin transition and the role of technologies in enabling high-impact changes. She obtained her PhD in the Frontier Program "The Future of the Earth, Climate Change and Social Challenges" at the University of Bologna, where she also graduated in Tourism Economics and in Business Administration and Management – Service Management Curriculum. She draws inspiration from stewardship as a strategic and relational approach to generate, together with others, sustainable and shared value.
