Deborah Rainis

She is the CEO and founder of Travel Angels, a tour operator and travel agency established in Udine in January 2022, during the height of the pandemic, and now a reference point for over 100 travel consultants throughout Italy, all professionals with experience in the sector. Her mission is to create an ecosystem where consultants can continue to grow professionally, improve their profitability, and offer clients unique travel experiences. Under her guidance, Travel Angels has become a strategic partner for consultants, providing competitive contracts with suppliers, administrative support, and advanced digital platforms to simplify daily work. Deborah has developed processes ranging from booking management to margin control, from digital marketing to regulatory compliance, thus freeing up time for consultants to dedicate to the most important aspect: client relationships and the creation of tailor-made trips. Deborah is convinced that in a sector like tourism, where change is often slow, the only way to remain competitive is to specialize: consultants must be able to dedicate themselves 100% to sales and consulting while maintaining full decision-making autonomy regarding client proposals, while a solid structure should handle all the administrative, bureaucratic, and internal commercial aspects. For this reason, she has created a collaborative community that networks consultants, promotes the exchange of skills, and guarantees constant support, enabling them to face market challenges together and grow as professionals. Her vision is one of sustainable and quality tourism, where consultants become true travel designers, supported by a solid structure projected towards the future.
