Edoardo Pisanu

Edoardo Pisanu is CEO & Co-Founder of Dott.House, the first platform in Europe for management control dedicated to hosts, hotels and property managers. Before founding it, he built from scratch and scaled a property management company to over 100 units, generating more than 1 million euros in revenue for the owners of the managed properties. From this experience, Dott.House was born: an innovative system that, by connecting to the PMS, the tax drawer and the bank, automates reconciliations, financial control and the calculation of the real margin for each property. In just a few months, Dott.House has surpassed 5,000 financially managed properties and signed partnerships with the leading management software solutions on the market. Edoardo was selected by H-Farm, the most important innovation hub in Europe, as one of the 20 most promising founders in Italy, while Dott.House reached the top 10% of worldwide applications to Y Combinator, the world's #1 accelerator, from which Airbnb was born. He is a lecturer at the Vivere di Turismo Business School and a speaker at the main industry events.
