Elena Pirò

Elena Pirò, founder of 7Sundays, currently manages over 50 apartments in Milan in the short-term rental sector. But behind the entrepreneur there is first and foremost a person who has never seen herself as stationary, always on the move, in search of her own identity. From Puglia, raised between Brindisi and Lecce, Elena carries with her a deep passion for languages and travel that shaped her between London and Paris even before her professional life. That passion became a profession in 2013, when she began welcoming tourists into her own home: from there, five years of experience as a host, meetings with the Airbnb community, and continuous exchange. In 2018, on the threshold of motherhood, she took the leap and founded 7Sundays. In a fragmented market, especially in the post-Covid era, she built a real business: an operational headquarters, a team, direct bookings through a proprietary website, a professional management model that brings together guest hospitality, property management for owners, and consulting for those operating in the sector. Today her work is recognised by thousands of people, and alongside operational management she offers training and outreach, sharing her method and experience with hosts and property managers across Italy. Her goal looks ahead: to bring the 7Sundays model to new regions, to build a reference community for the sector, and to continue enhancing the local areas and realities that surround her.
