Her goal today is to make entrepreneurs aware of the performance of their structure, optimize costs, and improve the quality perceived by guests for each individual department. For her, analyzing costs does not mean "cutting," but rather optimizing and aiming for the highest quality of each service (and the margin!). Her passion for numbers allows her to dispel your doubts with clear and objective answers. Her extremely versatile management control model was developed thanks to her direct experience in 14 years of hotel management and her degree in business economics.
