Since 2011, he has been the CEO of Ideazione srl, a company specialized in territorial development and strategic consulting for institutions, organizations, and businesses. As an expert in tourism marketing, he has served as a temporary destination manager in various Italian destinations, including Jesolo, Finale Ligure, Ventimiglia, Gran Paradiso National Park, and Valdarno Aretino. Over the years, he has coordinated the drafting of numerous tourism development and marketing plans (including Finale Ligure, Strada del Franciacorta, Valli di Lanzo, Ventimiglia) and local development projects, such as Progetto Appennino by Fondazione Edoardo Garrone, often in a participatory manner. Today, he is also a strategic consultant in empowerment programs for startups, businesses, and territories.
