Erica Mingotto

Erica Mingotto is a researcher at CISET (International Centre of Studies on Tourism Economics). She has gained 15 years of experience in study activities, applied research and training on the topics of tourism economics and management. Her main areas of interest and research concern: on one hand, sustainable tourism development, the assessment of tourism impacts on destinations and economic evaluation; on the other hand, innovation in tourism businesses and their business models, also linked to digitalisation and the adoption of new technologies. Recently, she has been studying the dynamics and attractiveness of work in tourism. She is the author and co-author of several articles published in Italian and international scientific journals and books.
