Ersilia Bonacquisti is Vice President of the Associazione Nazionale Home Staging Lovers (HSL), one of the leading professional trade associations in Italy dedicated to real estate enhancement. Interior Designer specializing in Home Staging for the tourism and hospitality sector, with skills in the field of communication, she has been working for over ten years with a method that combines design and marketing. For her, home staging is not just aesthetics: it is positioning, identity, guest experience and tangible results. She supports owners, hosts and operators in transforming B&Bs, holiday homes and guesthouses into properties capable of attracting the right clientele and justifying higher rates, with an average increase of 29.5% in occupancy rate and 24.6% in nightly rate after home staging. She is the founder and director of EB Staging & Redesign, a studio of professionals specializing in the non-hotel and Retail sector, based in Anagni, active in Lazio and throughout the national territory. In addition to being an Italian ambassador in her role as Vice President, she brings her experience to coaching and training programs at tourism associations and training schools throughout Italy.
