For over thirty years, he has been involved in management of SMEs and startups in the service sector. He directs Nextwork, a cooperative company providing services for tourism, with which he launched "Make it in Puglia," the industrial tourism network in Puglia. He is a trainer and management consultant for businesses and local authorities on tourism design and management issues, concerning tourism businesses and destinations, with a particular focus on sustainability and accessibility. He is an adjunct professor of "Economics and Management of Tourism Businesses and Services" at the University of Bari A. Moro.
