Eulalia Micheli

Eulalia Micheli is Assessore of the Calabria Region with responsibility for Education, Sport and Youth Policies. A graduate in Law from the University 'La Sapienza' in Rome, she completed her specialisation at the School of Specialisation in Public Administration Studies (SPISA) of the University of Bologna. She is a lawyer and, prior to taking on the role of Regional Assessore, she collaborated with the Presidency of the Calabria Region as Head of Structure of President Roberto Occhiuto, gaining significant experience in administrative dynamics and regional policies. In her role as Assessore, she directs her political action towards strengthening the regional school system, promoting the right to education, enhancing merit, and consolidating the dialogue between schools, the world of work and local communities. She also promotes initiatives aimed at innovating the educational system, developing skills, advancing youth policies and spreading a culture of sport as a tool for inclusion, well-being, social cohesion and community development. Convinced that education, sport and participation represent strategic levers for the future of Calabria, she pursues a vision of politics grounded in competence, merit, listening and concreteness, with the goal of offering young people greater opportunities for training, growth and personal fulfilment.
