Eva Panitteri

Journalist and sommelier of wine and olive oil, she is an author, trainer, communicator, and member of Donna del Vino. She collaborates as an editor with several online publications, writing with a focus on femininity and the passionate pursuit of truth. Founder and director since 2006 of the online news outlet Power & Gender, a slow-news platform dedicated to cultural topics ranging from women’s empowerment to food and wine, from environmental commitment to combating gender violence, she manages the columns Food & Wine, Books, Environment, Travel and Territory, Climate, and Politics. Author of the book GenerAzioni in Campo - Roots and Paths of Women in Wine (All Around Publisher) co-written with Maurizio Saggion, she currently divides her time between journalism and supporting the promotion of food and wine culture, collaborating with various sector organizations. She also collaborates with the GiULia Giornaliste network, the magazine Vitamine Vaganti, and the historic magazine Il Paese delle Donne, for which, besides being a member of the jury of the namesake Literary Prize, she writes articles and produces YouTube content for the column “Terramadre & Wellness.” Previously, she contributed to the editorial project Il Raccolto dei Racconti - Stories of Olive Trees, Olives, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Italy (Cinquesensi Publisher) and co-authored the e-book La rete e il fattore C - Skills, Awareness, Knowledge curated by Wister. In her free time, she reads, researches, writes, studies, and... tastes oils and wines!
