Fabio Raimondo

I am a 34-year-old hotel entrepreneur and I have turned my passion for hospitality into a concrete and successful project on the Ligurian Riviera. Based in Pietra Ligure, I am the founder and creator of the JO Hotels format, a modern accommodation concept that combines quality, accessibility and an authentic experience for travellers. With two hotels and a diverse dining offering, I have built up direct experience in the hotel industry, applying the principles of innovation and sustainability to my properties and services. In May 2025, I was elected National President of the Young Hoteliers Committee of Federalberghi, the highest position in the organisation that brings together over 27,000 under-40 entrepreneurs in the Italian hospitality sector. I also hold the role of Vice President of the Ente Bilaterale Turismo di Savona, where I actively contribute to the development policies of the local tourism sector. My mission is clear: to bring the young perspective into institutions and help young entrepreneurs discover the opportunities of Italian tourism. As a lecturer at the ITS Turismo della Liguria, I firmly believe in the continuous training and professional growth of young talents in the sector. I believe in a hospitality model built on sustainability, accessibility and quality, combining the values of Ligurian tradition with an approach oriented towards the growth of the tourism industry.
