Franca Foronchi

Franca Foronchi has been Mayor of the Municipality of Cattolica since 2021. She holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Urbino, and has worked as a teacher of German language and civilisation in upper secondary schools. She has also gained extensive experience in the tourism sector through specialist training and qualification as a tourist guide in German and French. Her career combines linguistic skills, knowledge of the local area and institutional vision, with a particular focus on tourism promotion, destination enhancement and the development of policies aimed at the sustainable growth of the territory.
