Giacomo Levi

Giacomo Levi is an Associate Partner in McKinsey & Company's Milan Office and one of the leading experts in the Travel, Logistics & Infrastructure practice, with extensive experience in strategy and operations and a focus on the hospitality and tourism sectors in Europe and the Middle East. With McKinsey since 2016, he supports public and private organizations in the development of transformation programs across the entire value chain, from hotel operations optimization to commercial excellence initiatives, including pricing & revenue management, e-commerce, marketing and sales. He has led large-scale transformation programs for multinational groups, contributing to the creation of corporate and transformation offices, the definition of strategic and implementation plans, as well as M&A operations and post-acquisition integration. He has also contributed to the analysis of Milan's tourism potential in preparation for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games. He holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
