Supreme Court attorney, specialized in administrative law, partner at Legal Team law firm, awarded by Il Sole 24 Ore as the best law firm of the year (from 2019 to date), I operate with consolidated experience in litigation before the Regional Administrative Court (TAR) and the Council of State, supporting companies and economic operators in their relations with Public Administration, with particular attention to public contracts for works, services and supplies. The objective of my activity is to make the management of tenders and the execution phase more efficient, limiting litigation to the strictly necessary and ensuring qualified assistance both preventively and judicially. My areas of expertise include procurement and concessions, healthcare law, pharmaceutical and medical devices, renewable energies, corporate compliance and public competitions. I provide specialized consultancy in the preparation of tender offers, in the management of availing and subcontracting agreements, and in setting up requests and procedures aimed at preventing or reducing litigation. In the execution phase, I assist companies in managing penalties, contractual terminations and ANAC proceedings. I have gained specific experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, supporting companies in their relations with authorities and in administrative procedures, and in the renewable energy sector, where I accompany companies in identifying and obtaining the necessary authorizations for the construction or acquisition of plants. In the compliance field, I support companies in risk mapping and in the adoption of organizational models suitable for preventing liability under Legislative Decree 231/2001. Since 2021, I have been an adjunct professor of administrative law (IUS/10) at the University of Tuscia, PhD in Internal and International Arbitration Law, member of the Roman Administrative Chamber and of AODV231 - Association of Members of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
