Romano, with solid experience as sales & digital manager in American and Italian multinationals (Amex, Optima, Groupon), has led teams of over 50 people and contributed to the development of an innovative restaurant booking system. In 2020, he embarked on an entrepreneurial career by co-founding Younit, a platform for employee well-being in remote working, which in 2021 realized the largest European project in the sector and in 2022 entered the Top100 Responsibility Companies Italia. In 2021, he co-founded My Tiny Concierge together with Andrea Cappellani and Carlo Di Febo with the ambition to create a digital concierge capable of effectively supporting extra-hotel operators and making their guests' stays memorable. In his free time, he loves playing tennis and enjoying time with his family.
