GMSdA giovannimontesorostudio dA disegniArchitetture Founded by Giovanni Montessoro in 2017, GMSdA is a design studio organized in working groups. It deals with architecture and design of artisanal and industrial artifacts, from an initial analysis of aspirations to an overall vision. It supports Clients throughout the entire realization process, through a shared project journey. The approach to design is guided by an Identity Method. The method aspires to make manifest the founding values residing in the aspirations of its Clients, through mutual listening. The studio is driven by a collective of competencies that includes the collaborations of architects, designers, graphic designers, professionals with multiple experiences and vocations, with an elective background in the field of Hospitality. Giovanni Montessoro Founder Giovanni Montessoro was born in Novi Ligure in 1974. Following his encounter with architect Gianfranco Lenti at the age of 16, he developed a passion for drawing and architecture. He began a personal training path marked by a constant dedication to studio work and disciplinary education at the Faculty of Architecture in Genoa, from 1995 to 1999. From 2000 to 2004 he was a close collaborator of architect Simone Contadini, with whom he was able to deepen the compositional nature of architectural design and the approach to conservative restoration. In 2005 he moved closer to design and interior planning, drawing for the following 13 years with Studio Simonetti e Associati on multiple projects, enriching and focusing his aspirations and aptitudes. He founded GMSdA in 2017, an integrated design and consultancy studio, organized in working groups. It deals with architecture and design of artifacts, both artisanal and industrial. He has an elective background in the field of Hospitality. He lives and works between Rimini, Milan and Alto Monferrato.
