Giuseppe Cianci, CEO & Founder of booknbook, the technological platform that connects the restaurant industry with the tourism supply chain. His professional journey began in 2001, developing cultural event guides to promote local areas. Between 2009 and 2010, he was the director of a tourism consortium, where he experienced firsthand the digital divide between the two sectors. Driven by this analysis, in 2014 he moved to London to design a dedicated solution. After two years of research and development, he launched BooknBook at the end of 2017. The mission is clear: to provide restaurants with a complete management suite and transform the food and wine offering into a strategic asset for operators and tourist destinations.
