Golia Pezzulla

Golia Pezzulla is a sociologist specializing in communication psychology, university lecturer, author, and consultant. For over twenty years, he has been studying the role of communication in building authority, trust, and leadership. He is the creator of the Charisma Quotient System, a model that analyzes the factors influencing the perception of charisma in professional relationships. Using this method, he supports managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals in building their professional image, helping them communicate with greater impact and gain recognition in their field. He has worked with some of the most important and well-known Italian companies. He is a tenured lecturer in communication at the Università Popolare degli Studi di Milano, and has served as a speaker in communication courses at the Politecnico di Torino and other universities. He holds a PhD in Sociology with a psychological orientation, with doctoral research focused on non-verbal communication in negotiation processes. He is the author of books and a speaker at events dedicated to business, communication, and organizational growth.
