Ilaria Mari

Ilaria Mari is an architect, president of Home Staging Lovers and founder of the all-female team Iconica Studio, visionary, empathetic and energetic. Since 2015 she has been designing spatial strategies for the investment world and the hospitality sector, transforming environments into tools of identity, experience and performance. She believes that every space holds a potential waiting to be unveiled and that design has the power to influence the way people live, remember and choose a place. With the Iconica Method she transforms spaces into experiences capable of generating emotions, value and measurable results. Alongside design, she engages in training and outreach, guiding professionals, businesses and territories towards a new culture of real estate enhancement and hospitality. Since 2023 she has been President of the professional trade association Home Staging Lovers. A speaker at national events for FIAIP, Confcommercio and Vivere di Turismo, she promotes a gentle and visionary leadership aimed at generating impact through design. She has contributed to the book 'Cittadini ospitali' published by Vivere di Turismo edizioni. Her motto? 'Dreaming big costs the same as dreaming small. You might as well dream in an iconic way.'
