His approach starts from a simple principle: reliable tourist information is born from quality data. For this reason, touristinfo.ai operates on two levels: it helps territories collect, organise and enhance their own information, and distributes it through multichannel and multilingual AI assistants that integrate mobility, weather, events and access in real time, guiding visitors towards more conscious and sustainable behaviour. The platform is currently active in over 13 destinations, including Kronplatz, Merano and Bolzano, and in 2025 received the Special Repower Innovation & Tourism Award.
