Luca Pappagallo is a curious cook, author and gastronomic communicator, among the pioneers of Italian cuisine on the web. In 1999 he founded Cookaround, one of the first major Italian communities dedicated to cooking, and in 2019 he launched Casa Pappagallo, a project through which he shares recipes, flavours and the authentic pleasure of sitting at the table. Author of numerous cookbooks and television personality of In cucina con Luca Pappagallo on Food Network, he has been championing a simple, straightforward cuisine deeply rooted in taste and conviviality for over twenty-five years.
