He begins his career in the 90s and after a brief experience in the residential sector he realises that his passion lies elsewhere: in the field that connects the real estate world with that of tourism, bridging cultures and lifestyles through second homes. He sells his first villa to English clients in lire, at a time when talking about foreign investment in Puglia seemed like a dream. In 2004 he flies to London to promote properties in Ostuni. In 2008 he publishes one of the first Apulian short-term rental portals, anticipating far in advance an epochal shift. In 2013 he co-founds, together with the Pagliara Brothers of the Gruppo Nicolaus, Raro Realty, an agency dedicated to the brokerage of prestigious properties, and Raro Villas, today a point of reference for those seeking luxury villas in Italy and abroad. A model that integrates sales, rentals and exclusive services for an international clientele. He actively participates in the leading international tourism and real estate trade fairs. A member of F.I.M.A.A. since 2000, in 2024 he enthusiastically accepts the leadership of the newly established Fimaa Turismo Puglia, and in 2025 he is elected Provincial President of Fimaa Brindisi. Also in 2025, multiply awarded by Wikicasa, Gate-away and Sinergie for excellence and ethics in real estate, Luigi Fusco consecrates his business model in 2026 by receiving the Destination Marketing Award from the Fondazione Re Manfredi for international real estate development. In 2026 he embarks on a new expansion journey through the franchising of integrated Real Estate & Hospitality offices in iconic Italian tourist destinations.
