Management Engineer and PhD in Engineering and Economics of Innovation. Since 2021, she has been a lecturer in Sustainable Business Economics and Management at Roma Tre University. She has been a visiting scholar at the University of Southern Denmark and IESEG Business School in Paris. Her main research interests concern organizational innovation processes, the impact of digital technologies on organization, and new ways of working. Her research has been published in international journals, including Journal of Information Technology, European Management Review, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, International Journal of Tourism Research, European Journal of Tourism Research, Facilities.
