Manon Khazrai

She is Professor of Nutritional Science and Applied Dietetic Techniques at the Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma. For over twenty years, she has been engaged in academic, clinical and research activities in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Her scientific work focuses on the relationship between diet and health, with particular attention to the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases, obesity, the Mediterranean diet and body composition. She is the author of numerous international scientific publications and contributions to volumes dedicated to clinical nutrition and diabetes. Alongside her research and clinical practice, she has specific expertise in nutritional education and nutritional counselling, with particular attention to the promotion of healthy and sustainable lifestyles.
