He began his career as a co-founder of YellowSquare, a venture inspired by an Interrail trip and his first summer work experiences in the hospitality sector. Since then, he has become passionate about the world of hostels, dedicating himself to creating spaces that bring people and cultures together. He is particularly interested in team building and workflow organization, with a constant focus on technological innovation to simplify processes and reduce operational costs. In addition to his commitment to YellowSquare, Marco is actively involved in trade associations in the tourism and hospitality sector: he holds the position of President of Federalberghi Extra at the national level.
