He began his career as co-founder of YellowSquare, a venture born from the inspiration of an Interrail trip and his first summer work experiences in the hospitality sector. Since then, he has developed a passion for the world of hostels, dedicating himself to creating spaces that bring people and cultures together. He is particularly interested in team building and workflow organisation, with a constant focus on technological innovation to simplify processes and reduce operational costs. In addition to his commitment to YellowSquare, Marco is actively involved in trade associations in the tourism and hospitality sector: he holds the role of President of Federalberghi Extra at national level.
