Maria Paola De Rosa

With a degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering, complemented by a Master's in Business Administration and Management, Maria Paola De Rosa began her career in the Sales Department at Siemens. After several years, she moved to a project management role within Trenitalia's Supply Chain Division, where she gained considerable experience and in-depth knowledge of contract and supplier management. For the past six years, Maria Paola De Rosa has led various business segments within the High-Speed Sales Department, including Corporate, Trade, and Digital Sales. Currently, she has expanded her responsibilities to other Trenitalia products (Frecciarossa, Intercity, and Regional) and holds the position of Head of Trenitalia's Trade Department (National and International), where her leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving growth and transformation. Maria Paola's experience ranges from sales force management to defining strategies across multiple markets, as well as in supply chain processes, which have given her the opportunity to develop a forward-looking perspective on innovation and process transformation. She is recognized for her strong teamwork orientation, results-driven mindset, and exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills. Maria Paola is deeply passionate about the Lean Startup methodology, Digital Education, and Women's Empowerment.
