Massimo Diana

Manager with over thirty years of experience in tourism and travel organization. After obtaining his high school diploma in science, he attended professional training courses funded by the Campania Region and the European Social Fund, specializing as a tourism operator, commercial expert, and e-business and ICT specialist at the Naval University Institute of Naples. His professional career began at a very young age in the field of tourist entertainment with Samarcanda company, where over ten years he held roles of increasing responsibility – from entertainer to village manager – gaining experience in team management, contracts, and supplies. Simultaneously, he collaborated with the Cirigliano Racecourse in Aversa, handling event organization and races. In 2000, he joined OTA Viaggi, a tour operator specializing in Italian seaside destinations, starting a journey that would lead him to become one of the key figures in the company. Initially a resident assistant in Sardinia, then head of assistance and commercial manager for various areas of the national territory, he has held the position of Commercial Director since 2013. Since 2017, he has also led the Marketing and Organization areas, contributing decisively to the growth and consolidation of the OTA Viaggi brand as a reference point for Italian seaside tourism. Thanks to his strategic vision and ability to build solid relationships with partner agencies, he has successfully managed large allotments for groups and associations, strengthening the distribution network and developing innovative commercial projects. He is recognized in the industry for his professionalism, closeness to the trade, and constant attention to human relationships. He lives in Rome, is married, and in his free time pursues his passions for sports, travel, and family.
