Massimo Valentini, 42 years old, an engineer by training and by DNA. After 10 years of experience in multinational companies in the energy sector, in 2016 he returned to his land of origin to found Puglia Paradise, with the goal of creating excellence in luxury non-hotel hospitality. Anticipating the international interest in Puglia, he developed a unique model, capable of combining the excellence of 5-star hotel service with the charm of villas, trulli and masserie with private pools, carefully selected and managed with tailored attention. Today Puglia Paradise manages 32 luxury properties and is considered a reference brand for international guests seeking exclusive stays, high-end services and memorable experiences. At the heart of the project lies a clear vision: true luxury is sustainable.
