Michele Capuani

He begins his career as a product designer and architect. This is followed by experiences as a design director and service designer. Research, training, and professional practice have always alternated in his work: for a long period, he was the academic director of the IED European Institute of Design group and later a contract professor at the Politecnico di Milano. Since 2022, he has been the Director of Poliarte, Design Academy of Ancona. He has given lectures in numerous international contexts and is one of the most well-known figures in Italian design at an international level, both as a university professor and as a professional.
